To become a resident of InterQuest Ridge, an applicant must meet certain requirements, including, but not limited to income requirements. An Applicant has the right to provide InterQuest Ridge Apartments with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes. If an Applicant provides InterQuest Ridge Apartments with a PTSR, InterQuest Ridge Apartments is prohibited from a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for InterQuest Ridge Apartments to access or use the PTSR.
