To become a resident of InterQuest Ridge, an applicant must meet certain requirements, including, but not limited to income requirements. The applicant/household must have an annual income that does not exceed income limits listed below. Please speak with the leasing office for full details. An Applicant has the right to provide InterQuest Ridge Apartments with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes. If an Applicant provides InterQuest Ridge Apartments with a PTSR, InterQuest Ridge Apartments is prohibited from a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for InterQuest Ridge Apartments to access or use the PTSR.
